Basically, a person gets targeted businesses to sign up for the marketing and then we target specific customers in an area, correct? Is this a good way to start or do we simply find businesses to sign up and then market to area near them? Last, what is the cost for you to pull targeted addresses? Thanks.

Thanks Jake, I am new to the channel and have found many tip, tricks and pointers that will help as I move forward. I am an insurance agent and like to work local. I feel like it would be a bit limited only because you have to drive to the areas post office for the mail (thus limiting the reach per say). Am I wrong in saying that or am I missing something?

So you can get those printed for free? 10000 of those would be 700 to 1000. Postage around 3600. You can still make 400.00 dollars for 15 hours of work. Seems like a lot of trouble unless you have a nice printer already. Getting businesses to buy in would be a nightmare if you just walked in. If anyone does this I'd be interested in hearing about the experience.

Wish there was a little more details on prospecting or if her system is using a mailing list. Monica mentions in the interview sending her first batch of emails to 300 businesses then and she continues continues with the interview with how she she replies to the folks that responded (working the system she created). My question is, "Where did that amount of prospects to email come from?" Are you using a mailing list? Is this fully covered in her course?
